It flips the script. Instead of screen time being a "bad thing" they do instead of studying, it becomes the reward for studying.

When you just ban screen time, you create a scarcity mindset. They want it more because they can't have it. But when you "sell" it, you give them agency. They can earn as much as they want—if they are willing to put in the work.
